At Lord & Taylor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as final sale merchandise and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
